Bishop John R. Stout is the Senior and Founding Pastor of Signature Church of Tampa. Signature Church of Tampa is a thriving prophetic church located in Brandon, FL, just minutes from downtown Tampa, FL. As a spiritual son of Bishop Don D. Meares, of Evangel Cathedral in Upper Marlboro, MD, Bishop Stout has emerged as a prophetic voice to the body of Christ. He is known for his amazing accuracy in the prophetic and revelatory preaching.

     Bishop Stout gives oversight to pastors and five-fold ministers throughout the nation and internationally. He has successfully planted churches in WV, PA, and FL. He is sought after as a conference speaker for his skills in leadership development and insight on biblical church structure.

     Bishop Stouts wife of 30 years, Connie, is the love of his life along with his sons, Jonathan, Nathan, and Joseph. He has three granddaughters, Madison, Kennleigh and Reighna.
